Working with other consultants on this project Agbisco & Associates carried out the structural design for a residential mansion with some 16, 000 Sq ft as main floor and 30,000 sq ft liveable space. This building contains a basement garage, main floor garage, patios, atriums and other architectural features on different elevations. There are also outside Canopies. The structural elements of the building include steel, concrete, wood and composite materials.

The structure was designed to have underground parkade with exterior concrete retaining walls. The main floor was concrete slab with bands of rebar. Upper floors were engineered deep floors.

We designed the Architectural features, structural requirements and acted in capacity of prime consultant to this project.

Agbisco & Associates Inc., was the prime consultant to this project, designing both structural and architectural engineering requirements for the project. Located in the River valley disctrict of Whitecourt AB, the auto facility comprises a multi-divisional auto service centre, divided by venue but owned and operated by a single tenant.
